SHIFTER45 has been chosen as one of the top 10 bands from nearly 60 entry's into the Castanet Kelowna Garage Band contest. Stay tuned...we're off to record at Rhythm Lab Studio within the next two weeks, and that tune will be posted on castanet.net to be voted on by YOU. The top five will then perform a live show at Sapphire Club, here in Kelowna, to once again be judged, and a winner declared.

We are welcoming Kelowna's Shifter45 & Cherryville's Honeyslide to the Community Hall in Lumby, BC on April 17th @ 8pm. Shifter is getting back into things after a long break from a studio fire and since have to put together a new album that's still in the works, but you're getting the first listen to their new stuff. Honeyslide has been working on some new licks and are ready to start off another year of excellent shows as well as getting a disc together for sometime in the near future.
This will be a ticketed event and there will be a bar so bring your ID! NO ADMISSION WITHOUT ID!!!
Pre-sale tickets will be in the next couple of days and will be $10! There will be only 100 tickets available for presale so get'em fast, they won't last!!
